Ring Keep(이하 "게임") 개발자(이하 "개발자")는 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 게임을 이용하는 분(이하 "이용자")의 정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
개발자는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 아래 Google 서비스를 통해서만 정보를 처리합니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호처럼 이용자를 직접 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 게임이 요구하거나 수집하지 않습니다.

- 순위표 공개: 일일 도전 점수를 순위표에 올리면 Play 게임즈 닉네임 · 아바타 · 점수가 다른 플레이어에게 보입니다. 공개 범위는 Play 게임즈 프로필 설정을 따릅니다.
- 기기 백업: 기기에서 Google 백업을 켜 두었다면 게임 기록 파일(진행 · 기록 · 도감 · 설정)이 이용자의 Google 계정 백업에 포함되어, 앱을 다시 설치하거나 기기를 바꿀 때 복원될 수 있습니다. 광고 동의 정보와 알림 예약은 백업하지 않습니다. 백업은 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
- 일일 도전 알림: 이용자가 켠 경우에만 기기 안에서 만들어지는 알림이며, 알림을 위해 정보를 외부로 보내지 않습니다.
- 별점 요청: 게임 안 별점 창은 Google Play 가 표시하며, 남긴 별점과 리뷰는 Google Play 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 개발자는 리뷰 작성 여부를 알 수 없습니다.
2. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
개발자는 이용 통계 분석과 광고 제공 업무를 Google LLC 에 맡기며, 이 과정에서 정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. Google 은 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 독립적으로 정보를 처리하기도 합니다.

3. 자동 수집 장치의 설치 · 운영 및 거부
게임은 광고 ID 와 앱 인스턴스 ID(쿠키와 비슷한 기기 식별자)를 사용합니다.
- 사용 통계는 광고에 쓰지 않으며, 사용 통계에서는 광고 ID 를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 사용 통계: 설정 > "사용 통계 보내기"에서 끌 수 있습니다. EEA · 영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 동의한 경우에만 보냅니다.
- 광고: 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 처음 실행할 때 동의 양식이 나오며, 설정 > "개인정보 옵션"에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 ID 를 삭제 · 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
4. 파기 절차 및 방법
- 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다. Play 게임즈 데이터는 Play 게임즈 프로필에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 이용 통계는 보유 기간(2개월)이 지나면 Google 설정에 따라 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
- 개발자는 정보를 내려받아 따로 보관하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대해 열람 · 정정 · 삭제 · 처리정지를 요구하거나 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 안에서 바로: 설정 > "사용 통계 보내기" 끄기, 설정 > "개인정보 옵션", 앱 삭제.
- 그 밖의 요청은 아래 이메일로 보내 주시면 지체 없이(10일 이내) 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 개발자는 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 갖고 있지 않으므로, 이용 통계를 개별로 찾으려면 추가 정보를 여쭐 수 있습니다.
6. 만 14세 미만 아동
게임은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 법정대리인의 동의 없이 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 처리된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
개발자는 개인정보를 저장하는 서버나 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다. 통계 · 광고 콘솔에 접근할 수 있는 계정은 개발자 계정으로 한정하고, 통계는 개인을 알아볼 수 없는 집계 형태로만 확인합니다.

10. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 새 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 이용자 권리에 중요한 변경은 30일 전부터 게시합니다.

This policy explains how the developer of Ring Keep ("the game", "we") handles information about players ("you").
We run no servers of our own and process information only through the Google services listed below. The game does not ask for or collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number.

- Public leaderboard: when you post a daily challenge score, your Play Games nickname, avatar, and score are visible to other players, according to your Play Games profile settings.
- Device backup: if Google backup is on for your device, the game's record file (progress, records, collection, settings) is included in your Google account backup and may be restored when you reinstall or switch devices. Ad consent data and reminder schedules are not backed up. You can turn backup off in your device settings.
- Daily challenge reminder: a notification created on your device, only if you turn it on. No data is sent anywhere for it.
- Review prompt: the in-game rating window is shown by Google Play; ratings and reviews are handled under Google Play's policies. We cannot tell whether you left a review.
3. Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar laws)
- Consent: rewarded ads and usage statistics in regions where consent is required (EEA, UK, Switzerland). You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings > "Privacy options" and Settings > "Send usage stats".
- Legitimate interests: usage statistics elsewhere, to find and fix problems in the game. You can object at any time by turning off Settings > "Send usage stats".
- Performance of a service you request: leaderboard, achievements, and cloud save when you sign in to Play Games.
4. Service providers and international transfers
We use Google LLC as a service provider for analytics and ads; Google may also act as an independent controller under its own policy. Data is transferred to the United States and other countries where Google operates data centers. For transfers from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) and Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Your choices and rights
- In the app: turn off Settings > "Send usage stats"; change ad consent in Settings > "Privacy options" (where consent is required); uninstall the app to delete on-device data. In your device settings you can delete or reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads. You can delete Play Games data from your Play Games profile.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email us to make a request; we will respond within the time required by law (within one month in the EEA and UK). Because we hold no information that identifies you, we may ask for details to find your usage statistics.
- You can complain to your local data protection authority.
- U.S. state privacy laws: we do not sell your personal information for money. Where the law treats ad personalization as a "sale" or "sharing", you can opt out in Settings > "Privacy options" when it is shown, or by turning off personalized ads in your device settings.
6. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in Korea), or under the age of digital consent in your country. If we learn that we processed such a child's data without parental consent, we will delete it without delay.
7. Security
We run no servers or databases that store personal information. Access to our analytics and ad consoles is limited to the developer's account, and we view statistics only in aggregated form.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version and its effective date will be posted on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for important changes to your rights).
